Eric, your resources were unique and personal to you which was good. I did the same thing but I just read a post that only listed general resources and din't go into how they were valuable to him. Your descriptions are very vague and aren't really meeting the guidelines for a VRIN analysis.

Eric, I always love seeing new and unique clothing brands pop up. I think you need to make sure that you build a niche and a style to attract a specific customer base. I would be interested in hearing what your customer base is more specifically and maybe even seeing some possible designs or styles for your clothing. Keep up the good work and check out my unfair advantage! http://josetheentrepreneur.blogspot.com/2016/03/my-unfair-advantage.html
ReplyDeleteEric,
ReplyDeleteI like how you did not just use the advantages of yourself, but also the advantages of your product. The advantages you have described are all great, however, I would ask how you will be able to keep the uniqueness of the designs and ideas when competitions try to make similar products. Is this where your innovation comes in? if so is the company always innovating? I think it is a great idea, just make sure that you can keep these advantages or trade off one advantage for a better advantage. Great job so far.
