Week 5 Reflection

1.     I found it extremely surprising to learn that copyright law specifically excludes protection for any sort of Idea.

2.     It is slightly confusing how does trademarking works for a company name such as Band-Aid where the majority of the projects are all categorized under that name.

3.     If I could ask two questions to the author the first would be: To what extent can a company defend its ideas and products with copyright law. The second question would be: How effective is trademarking and copyright law on the Internet.

4.     There was nothing within the chapter that I disagree with.

Elevator Pitch No. 1

Below is my elevator pitch for my new clothing brand called Dress Fit. Dress fit is a revolutionary brand of dress clothes that allow businessmen and woman to finally avoid embarrassing sweat stains. Dress fit is a lightweight sweat wicking brand of button downs and dress shirts that completely alters the business clothing industry.
