Very Short Interview with an Entrepreneur

Interviewing Isaac Antebi founder of Evolution Home Theater in Atlanta

Isaac is a young entrepreneur born in raised in Atlanta, Georgia. At a young age he aspired to become a successful businessman and create something of his own. In his early 20’s Isaac partnered with his brother Mark and decided to open a luxury home theatre to cater to those craving a true theatre experience within the comfort of their own home. Isaac characterizes an entrepreneur because of his devotion to following his intuition and his unfaltering belief in his abilities.

Questions:

1.     What made you decide to venture out and start a business?

Answer: “After years of working petty jobs here and there out of college and constantly being told what to do, I decided I needed to become my own boss.”

2.     What advice would you give a young entrepreneur looking to follow a similar path?

Answer: “Continue to pursue your goals no matter what. Even if you fail get back up and try again. It only takes one success time to become a entrepreneur.”

3.     What do you think it means to be an entrepreneur

Answer: “Being and entrepreneur means devoting your time and energy to transform an idea into a reality”

Interviewing Isaac was a very eye opening experience and taught me a lot about the mentality it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. A characteristic that stuck out to me is that you need to be willing to take risks and accept the fact that sometimes you will fail. What’s most important is not how many times you fail, but how you overcome those failures.
