Justification: Poverty is the largest problem the world faces due the magnitude of individuals it effects and the intensity at which it affects them. On a daily basis millions of people throughout the world struggle to obtain simple necessities, such as food, water, and shelter. While there are tremendous issues plaguing our world the fact that such a large portion of people still struggle to maintain the essentials of life is staggering.

Top 5 Solutions

1.     Increase funds for energy efficient and pollution free development
2.     Increase funds for cancer research. Employee the smartest individuals to work for a cure
3.     Increase public education to create more jobs for the lower economic classes
4.     Set movements to enact a global reduction of nuclear weapons
5.     Send military and financial support to countries in need and install stable governments.


Justification: Increasing funds for energy efficient development is the most plausible solution to an issue simply because there is an abundance of solutions already in existence. The issue now is simply implementation.
