Justification:
Poverty is the largest problem the world faces due the magnitude of individuals
it effects and the intensity at which it affects them. On a daily basis
millions of people throughout the world struggle to obtain simple necessities,
such as food, water, and shelter. While there are tremendous issues plaguing
our world the fact that such a large portion of people still struggle to
maintain the essentials of life is staggering.

Justification:
Increasing funds for energy efficient development is the most plausible solution
to an issue simply because there is an abundance of solutions already in
existence. The issue now is simply implementation.
